MARINE COOLING SYSTEMS

The cooling process is applied when the temperature is not expected to exceed a certain value. It is presented as Cold Room Application on ships carrying products such as meat, vegetables and fruit. The most common application temperatures are (+) 4 ° C and (-) 18 ° C. In dry and wet products (+) 4 ° C best results, while frozen products (-) should be stored at 18 ° C.
